Sony Music Entertainment’s Human Resources Now Known as People Experience
I was so delighted to be part of the BADASS Leadership development team for Sony Music Entertainment. As they move from HR (Human Resources) to PX (People Experience), their VPs are adopting more coachlike ways of being with their colleagues. This shift at Sony means they are leaning in and walking the talk to ensure their people feel safe, valued, and heard daily.
